"We Create Realtime Access"

The Wisconsin Court Reporters Association provides social and educational opportunities, along with advocacy and public relations services to the court reporting community in Wisconsin. WCRA also keeps its members informed of changes in our profession.

If you are a court reporter, broadcast captioner, CART provider, or a student preparing for our profession, we hope you will consider joining our association. An application can be found under “Join WCRA.”

Being a member and playing an active role in WCRA is rewarding professionally, socially, and personally. We offer exciting, informative conventions; upcoming dates and registration material can be found under “Conventions & Events.”

Your WCRA membership has never been more valuable! Additional benefits include:

  • A printed and online quarterly newsletter/magazine, the “Wisconsin Reporter”
  • Classifieds for employment and equipment
  • Reporter contacts so that you can ask questions about our profession
  • Reduced registration fees at our spring and fall convention
  • The opportunity to have your ideas and concerns heard and acted upon
  • Up-to-date job openings and other important information delivered to you via email
