NOTE: WCRA convention registrations must be completed on our website at www.wicourtreporters.org. Your secure online payment will be made through PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use the service.
If you wish to pay by check, you must complete and submit the registration information online. At the end of the process you are given the choice to pay by credit card online or manually. Choose manual, print off your registration form, and mail with your payment (payable to WCRA) to:

ALL MAILED REGISTRATIONS AND PAYMENTS MUST BE POSTMARKED BY THE DEADLINE DATES LISTED ABOVE. IF YOU ARE MAILING IT AFTER THE DEADLINE DATE, PLEASE WRITE YOUR CHECK FOR THE APPROPRIATE AMOUNT.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Registrants who cancel their convention registration prior to seven days before the convention will be assessed a $35 cancellation fee and refunded the rest of their registration fee. If a registrant cancels within seven days of the convention, they can request a credit in the amount they paid to be used toward a future convention held within one year. (Ex.: If canceling a spring convention, the credit would be good for the next fall or spring convention. If canceling a fall convention, the credit would be good for the next spring or fall convention.) Cancellations the day of or after the convention will result in no refund or voucher. If the cancellation is due to an emergency situation, the executive board will decide the appropriate action. (Revised 2026)
